Planning Commission

The Planning Commission meets the required 4 times per year or by request. They are responsible for amendments to the zoning ordinance/map, requests for special use permits, and reviewing site plans.


Current Planning Commission

Bob Qualls Bob Qualls is a member of the Planning Commission. Bob has been a resident of Roscommon since 2000, and is involved with the High School golf team.
Bill Curnalia William Curnalia is the Chairman of the Planning Commission. Bill is a lifelong resident of the Village, a retired Vice President of Chase Bank, a member of the Lions Club, Kirtland Community College Foundation, First Congregational Church Community Food Pantry, and the Higgins Township Supervisor. He is the 4th generation to live in the family home in the Village of Roscommon purchased in 1902.
Tim Legg Tim Legg is married to Janelle and together they have 3 children. Tim is a lifelong resident of Roscommon and is the owner of Tim’s Collision Plus. He is a member of the Lions Club and the Moose Lodge. Tim currently serves on the Planning Commission and the Downtown Development Authority.

Jon Suvada John Michael Suvada is married to Sharlene and together they have a son Jon. He has been a resident of the Village since 2006 and is retired from Ford Motor Company. He is involved with RoscoTravelers Golf, and the Ye Olde Golf League. Jon currently serves on the Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals.
